STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT
Ganna Lebedeva approached us with a request to build an educational platform for international nurses preparing for the NCLEX-RN exam and immigration to the U.S. Together, we shaped the product structure and defined core components: courses, payments, support, and analytics.
Based on Ganna’s teaching method and goals, we designed an adaptive, intuitive interface. Prototypes included course pages, student dashboard, progress tracking, feedback modules, and payment flows.
We built the platform from scratch using Next.js — with integrated video lessons, Stripe payments, analytics, and an admin panel. Course elements were structured clearly. The platform was delivered to production in 10 weeks.
Once launched, we onboarded the first students and began collecting feedback. We added a live activity feed, improved help modules, simplified signup, and introduced notifications to boost engagement.
The platform received a positive response. We adapted it for a global audience, refined Ganna’s brand identity, optimized mobile UX, and added trust-building sections and student support tools.
CHALLENGES AND HOW WE SOLVED THEM
The target audience is non-technical. Users face high stress from exams, immigration pressure, and unfamiliar interfaces.
We designed a clean, calming interface with clear steps and minimal distractions — supporting users emotionally and helping them stay focused.
Synchronizing videos, payments, progress tracking, and notifications across devices and time zones was technically complex.
We built a reliable backend with Stripe integration, timezone support, and robust progress tracking — ensuring smooth cross-device experience.
The course content and business logic kept evolving during development, requiring constant changes without halting the process.
We implemented a modular structure and CMS blocks, so Ganna’s team could update content independently while we focused on stability and feature delivery.
